With over 15 years of experience in assurance, business advisory and listings, Gerald has worked with both local and international companies across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, trading, services, information technology, construction, property development, retailing, food and beverages, professional service organisation, leisure and hospitality, property asset management, brokerage services and others.

He has successfully led audits for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and played a key role in financial due diligence and corporate exercises, including initial public offerings (IPO) on Bursa Malaysia and overseas stock exchange.

His extensive experience also includes dealing with overseas auditors on Group financial reporting and conversion of local accounting standards to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
