Our Superstars recently came together in Desaru, Johor for the UHY South Retreat 2025, three days of fun and growth!
Day one, set the momentum with ice-breaking sessions and team challenges that sparked collaboration and camaraderie. The true highlight came when the Olympic torch was passed to our Group Managing Partner, Datuk Alvin, who carried it in a spirited run before lighting up the screen to mark the start of our Dynamic Olympics. From there, teams showed their determination and unity through lively and energetic telematch games.
As night fell, the beach turned into a stage of wonder with Datuk’s Taichi performance, spectacular fire show and celebration of our September babies. We sang together, enjoyed live music and celebrated under the stars.
Day Two started on a refreshing note as everyone welcomed the sunrise with Taichi practice, which is a perfect way to center the mind and body before an action-packed day. Treasure Hunt of the day tested our wit, teamwork and creativity as we solved riddles, uncovered clues and took on cultural challenges. Our Superstars pulled teh tarik, flipped roti canai and even have fun with the traditional game of baling selipar (slipper throwing).
This retreat was a celebration of what it means to be UHY Superstars – #WorkHardPlayHard. Together, we laughed harder, connected deeper and returned from Desaru recharged, stronger and prouder as one UHY Family!
