Through the environmental talk, we were reminded of the importance of the 5R principles – Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair and Recycle in building a sustainable and zero-waste lifestyle.

 

We also had the opportunity to experience hands-on sorting and recycling practices, discovering how items from household goods, clothing and stationery to even medical aids like wheelchairs are given a second life to help those in need.
