Job Responsibilities:

  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Gather personal data such leaves and bank accounts.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Assist employee queries regarding HR matters.
  • Participate in organising company events and careers days.
  • Any ad-hoc task related to HR.

Job Requirement:

  • Undergraduate Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Good knowledge in HR.
  • Willing to travel (not frequent).
  • 3 - 6 Months (Can be converting into permanent is an added advantage).
  • Good command in English & Malay or Mandarin.
