Job Responsibilities:

Account Receivables

  • Invoice Processing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Payment Processing: Record and apply customer payments, including checks and electronic transfers.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring that balances match and any discrepancies are resolved.

Account Payables

  • Invoice Processing: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring they match purchase orders and receipts.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and initiate payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances, resolving any discrepancies.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge on financial journal entries
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
