Liew is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). Her professional background includes significant experience in corporate secretarial practice as well as in-house corporate secretarial roles for public listed companies.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, Liew possesses hands-on expertise in managing corporate secretarial matters for both public listed companies and private entities. Her scope of work includes attending regular and special board and shareholders’ meetings, preparing and maintaining statutory records, drafting minutes, and advising clients on compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Liew also has experience in initial public offerings (IPOs) and a wide range of corporate exercises undertaken by public listed companies, including share splits, bonus and rights issues, acquisitions and disposals, employee share option schemes (ESOS), related party transactions, share buy-backs, and mandatory take-over offers.
