Ms Ho Yi Hui has over 25 years of experience in tax compliance and tax advisory assignments. Prior to this, she held senior roles as Executive Tax Director at BDO and RSM, where she was involved in providing tax compliance and advisory services to public listed companies, multinational corporations, as well as medium to large private companies.\n\n\nHer experience includes tax advisory for group restructuring, acquisitions and mergers, stamp duty exemption matters, application of tax incentives for various industries, tax audits and tax investigations, and transfer pricing services. Since 2009, she has been extensively involved in representing taxpayers in resolving tax audit and tax investigation cases with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia, including representation before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax.\n\n\nMs Ho has also assisted clients in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and began her transfer pricing journey through international transfer pricing training with the BDO Academy in Germany. In addition to her professional practice, she is a regular speaker at tax seminars and workshops for professionals, collaborating with organisations such as the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and other leading educational platforms.
