Evaluate and enhance quality management processes for compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the design, implementation, and operation of the firm’s monitoring and remediation processes. Support the firm in regulatory inspections, including data collection and documentation. Compile, maintain, and update firm’s operational documentations on a timely basis. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, risk management, quality control, or a related area. Excellent command of English language with the ability to draft internal compliance reports, policies, and action plans clearly and concisely, and experience in copywriting is an added advantage. Knowledge in ISQM 1, ISQM 2, and PCAOB’s QC 1000 is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
