Wei Kian brings over a decade of professional experience in auditing and financial reporting, having served a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from listed corporations and multinational groups to privately held companies. His industry exposure spans property development, construction, manufacturing, trading, retail, services and technology.

He has extensive experience in statutory audits, assurance and non-assurance engagements, as well as corporate exercises for both public and private companies in Malaysia. In addition, he has been involved in cross-border audit engagements across the United States, China, and Singapore, providing him with a strong international perspective in delivering financial and business solutions.

He currently leads the firm’s outsourcing unit, driving strategic delivery of integrated finance and accounting solutions, including financial reporting, management reporting, and process transformation initiatives, while enhancing operational efficiency and governance for clients.
