With over fifteen years of audit and advisory experience, Yeoh has served with both Big Four Accounting Firms and multinational organisations. He has gained extensive knowledge in various corporate transactions, including a number of international business organisations for cross border investments, particularly in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. He has earned much recognition in professional corporate advisory which include financial valuation, investment appraisals for regional investment projects, joint venture negotiations, strategic and financial planning, merger & acquisition review and feasibility studies.

Mr. Yeoh sits on the board of Tek Seng Holdings Bhd., a public listed company in Malaysia and serves as the Audit Committee Chairman. He was an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Advance Information Marketing Bhd. Notable corporate roles in his profile included his appointment as corporate advisor of three public listed companies in Singapore.
