Kelvin has nearly fifteen years of experiences in Assurance and Advisory engagements. The bulk of his professional experience was acquired during his tenure with one of the international Big Fours. He served as Engagement Manager to professional assignments across various industries such as property development, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and media. His portfolio extended to special assignments such as J-SOX reviews, preparation of Accountant’s Reports and the review of prospective financial information and Proforma financial information submissions to relevant authorities for corporate exercises.

Kelvin’s role encompasses practice management duties, including the planning and execution of client engagements, budgeting, scheduling and staffing of personnel with a goal of maximising effectiveness of professional time cost. He also served as mentor, trainer (audit methodology) and evaluator for professional staff members while driving employee job satisfaction and performance. Currently, he is involved in the preparation of annual budget and allocation of resources for the audit team, collaborating closely with Engagement Partners of the Firm on the design, implementation and enhancement of audit quality review programs.
