Read, research and interpret financial reporting and auditing standards, and develop technically sound recommendation, guidance notes and reference documents for financial reporting and auditing practices as internal reference.
Plan, manage and conduct internal training / briefing.
Performing technical administrative works in respect of compliance matters and relationship with regulators such as the AOB, PCAOB, MIA and MICPA.
Ability to conduct technical training to audit team members.
Job Requirement:
A recognised Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g. Professional Accountancy Qualification).
Good technical knowledge in accounting, auditing and financial reporting.
At least 5 years’ experience gained in a Medium sized Professional Accounting Practice OR at least 3 years’ experience gained in Big Four firm, with a minimum of 1.5 most current years spent in an audit technical and training department.
Strong analytical and leadership qualities with high degree of technical competence
Prior experience in conducting/ assisting in the conduct of trainings and seminars will be advantageous.
Demonstrate ability or experience in supporting technical, training and compliance related work under leadership of a technical superior.
