Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

Job Scope

  • Performing accounting activities with accounting principles and standards to ensure compliance with Group’s policies, relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements
  • Prepare timely monthly management accounts and accurate management reporting for a group of companies
  • Prepare SST and report submission
  • Prepare monthly and weekly cash flow & monitoring daily bank balance
  • Assist in handling annual audit & tax related matters
  • Liaise with bankers, legal advisors, company secretaries and local authorities as and when required
  • Guide and supervise the junior staff on daily operational matters
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Accounting and/or part Professional Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
  • Candidate with External Audit and/or internal audit background is encouraged to apply
  • Independent, responsible, motivated, meticulous, good interpersonal & communication skills and trustworthy
  • Self starter with ability to work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines
  • Able to multi task in a fast pace environment
