Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
  • Attending Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc. and preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining and updating the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 1965 and any other regulatory requirements such as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Possess MAICSA / ICSA qualification/ SSM Licensed Company Secretaries
  • At least 4 to 5 years working experience in handling public-listed companies
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent and meticulous
  • Strong command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good command in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, render relevant corporate secretarial support to the company's clients and meet datelines
